Payment

Cash on Delivery is available across Pakistan. You pay the courier in cash when your order reaches you — no advance payment is required.

Order confirmation

Once your order is placed, our team may contact you on WhatsApp or by phone to confirm your address and size before dispatch. Orders that cannot be confirmed may be held or cancelled.

Dispatch & delivery time

• Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of confirmation (working days).
• Delivery typically takes 3–7 working days depending on your city.
• Remote areas may take slightly longer. Public holidays and courier delays can extend this timeline.

Delivery charges

Any applicable delivery charge is shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

Tracking

Once your parcel is dispatched, we share the tracking details on WhatsApp.

Refused or undelivered orders

Cash on Delivery relies on trust. Repeatedly refusing delivery of confirmed orders may result in Cash on Delivery being unavailable for future orders from the same number or address.
